My Story

My family is from Poland and, whenever I travel there, I always enjoy exploring the market squares and artisan shops looking for Polish handicrafts. There remains a strong national celebration of folk art and artisan work in Poland and I am always excited to discover unique items with provenance and panache.

In addition to being widely known for pottery, Polish artisans are also known for their work in leather, glass, wood, and textiles. Recently, I have discovered some small, family-owned businesses that are producing one-of-a-kind textiles. With captivating colors, patterns, and designs, these linens and silks are created using time-honored techniques, are produced in limited quantities, and have very limited distribution outside of Poland. I am proud to make these distinctive products available to discerning customers in the U.S.
